Welcome home to Austin
There is so much to love about Austin. We are the greenest city in Texas for starters. If you are interested in Green properties, Austin is the place to look. From beautiful off grid homes in the Hill Country to new green communities created with families in mind, there is truly something for everyone. Hiring a real estate agent familiar with green building is vitally important if you want to find a truly green property. Greenwashing can make even the most energy inefficient home sound like a treehugger's dream. Knowing the difference takes knowledge and training that most agents don't have. When interviewing an agent, ask about what they do to reduce their carbon footprint. Because walking the walk is a lot harder than talking the talk.

Introductions
I was born and raised in Texas, from the Rio Grande Valley to the Red River. After living all over the state, I decided to settle in my college hometown, Austin. I felt at home in the Hill Country. I now live in Leander, with my husband, an Austin fireman and our kids. I specialize in "green" realty and marketing and staging homes with green features. We choose to live as "green" as possible at home and try to practice what we preach. I look forward to helping you with all your realty needs.
